摘要
在"一带一路"区域内开展林业国际合作具有重要的意义。要着力围绕国家推进"一带一路"在铁路、交通、电力、水利、贸易等重点投资和建设项目,统筹经济建设与生态保护协调发展,加强我国与区域内各国林业部门的沟通交流,在加强林业产业相关项目直接投资的同时,通过各重点领域的项目投资带动林业投资合作项目,使林业项目融入并服务于"一带一路"建设的整体推进。
It is of great importance to conduct international cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. Efforts should be directed at key investment and construction projects related to railroads,trans portation,hydropower,water,conservancy,trade and others. Balanced development between economic develop ment and ecological conservation should be achieved. To promote forestry related investment through key invest ment projects in key areas,so that forestry projects can serve the overall progress of the Belt and Road Initiative as well as strengthen direct forestry related investment.
