谈事业单位公务卡结算存在的问题及对策

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures in the State-Owened Institution's Official Business Card Settlement

随着公务卡制度改革的深入,事业单位逐渐认识到公务卡结算的重要性,公务卡制度的实施覆盖面不断扩大。但是,在公务卡制度建设、用卡环境、各发卡行公务卡应用平台服务质量和使用体验等方面存在一些问题。推行公务卡制度是一项系统工程,需要进一步加强对公务卡使用的普及宣传,提高认同度,加强公务卡制度建设,完善公务卡的刷卡环境,对公务卡的使用进行动态监控,加强技术支持及各部门间的联动配合,实行公务卡发卡行的准入和淘汰机制,提高发卡行服务质量,从而不断完善公务卡管理工作。

With the deepening of the reform of the official business card system,state-owned institutions have realized the importance of official business card settlement,and the implementation of the official card sys tem has continued to expand. However,there are some problems in the business card system,the condition of u sing the card,the service and the user experience of the application platform of the card issuing bank. The im plementation of the official business card system is a systematic project. We need to strengthen the publicity,the identification,the service,user experience and the dynamic monitoring of the official business cards,and also to strengthen joint technical support and cooperation among different departments. It is suggested to establish the of ficial card issuing bank access mechanism and elimination mechanism,improve the service of the issuing bank,thereby to continuously improve the management of official business card.
