摘要 高校辅导员职业品牌是基于辅导员职业知识、职业能力和职业素质形成的职业形象,它是辅导员在长期工作实践中形成的职业特色和职业优势。职业品牌培育具有多层面的意义,表现在高校思想政治工作创新、辅导员队伍建设发展和学生健康成长成才等方面。塑造辅导员职业品牌,提升辅导员职业品牌效应,需要选择和实施特定的培育模式,主要包括内生型、拉动型和混合型三种基本模式。辅导员职业品牌培育的运作机制包括领导机制、组织机制、评价机制和优化机制等。各层面机制相互影响、彼此关联,形成协同效应,共同推进辅导员职业品牌培育进程。 Based on its professional knowledge,professional ability and professional quality,the professional brand of college counselors is a professional imagine. After a long time of work training and experiments,it has been formed a professional characteristics and advantages. The cultivation of professional brand has much significance,including the innovation of ideological and political education,the construction and development of counselors' team and the healthy growth of students. To cultivate the professional brand of counselors and enhance their professional brand effect,we need to choose and implement a specific cultivation model: endogenous,stimulating and mixing. Its operational mechanism includes leadership mechanism,organizational mechanism,evaluation mechanism and optimization mechanism. All the mechanisms interact with each other and they form a synergistic effect to promote the process of professional brand cultivation of counselors.
