Ecological protection and regional development in Yunnan province under the Belt and Road Construction

"一带一路"建设是我们党和国家顺应时代发展趋势,提出的一项与相关国家互利共赢、提升规划区域内整体发展水平的重大倡仪。云南省作为我国与南亚东南亚双向开放重要门户,兼具国际区域合作的区位优势,丰富的生物多样性及特殊生态系统的资源优势。在习总书记对云南的发展战略思想指导下,依据现有的国家、省地资源、经济条件和未来的发展目标,云南省应科学谋划好生态保护与区域发展蓝图,为"建设生物多样性宝库、西南生态安全屏障和森林云南"的总体部署做出贡献。

"The Belt and Road construction"was proposed by CPC and central government,which conformed by the development trend of the era. It was a significant measure that could bring a win-win situation to the related countries and could promote the overall development levels in the planned region. Yunnan Province,as one of the most vital double-way opening portals,has the regional and resources advantages of international regional cooperation,abundant biological diversity and unique ecological system. Under the guidance of the strategical theory proposed by President Xi for Yunnan,the "treasury of biological diversity","ecological safety curtain in southwest"and "forested Yunnan",the provincial government should scientifically plan the blueprint of ecological protection and regional development in order to make contribution to the general plan based on the resources of economic condition and future development objectives of the province and the country.
