摘要
国家林业局管理干部学院作为国家林业局直属的行业培训基地,承担了林业公务员培训主要实施任务。经过十年的努力,学院在公务员培训项目的策划实施上取得了一定成绩,管理水平有效提升、运行机制日益成熟、需求调研初步建立、课程体系相对完善、评估结果有效反馈,但在需求导向、课程开发、完善激励以及促进培训成果转化等方面仍需进一步加强。
Being the dominating forestry training institute,STAFA( State Academy of Forestry Administration) has been undertaking forestry civil servants' training mainly. In the past decade,it has made progress distinctly in administration,operational mechanism,curriculum system and assessment feedback,in spite of all the efforts which still needs improvement in demand-orientation,training development,perfecting stimulation and achievement transformation.
