摘要
乡镇林业工作站是对林业生产经营实施组织管理的最基层机构,在生态文明建设和现代林业改革发展中发挥着重要作用。"十三五"期间,林业发展面临着新形势和新任务,对乡镇林业工作站干部的综合能力和素质提出了更高的要求。目前,乡镇林业工作站仍然存在人才结构不合理、机构队伍不稳定、人才培养工作受限等问题,建议通过建立健全激励机制、科学设计培训内容、利用信息化手段创新服务模式、增强培训经费投入等方式,激发乡镇林业工作站干部职工的学习热情,提升他们的工作能力和职业素养。
The township forestry workstation is the most basic organization that implements organization and management of forestry production and management,and plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization and modern forestry reform and development. During the " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,the development of forestry is facing new situations and tasks,and higher requirements have been put forward for the comprehensive capabilities and qualities of the township forestry workstation cadres. At present,the township forestry workstations still have problems such as unreasonable talent structure,unstable institutional team,and limited personnel training. It is suggested that the establishment of a sound incentive mechanism,the scientific design of training content,the use of information technology to innovate service models,and the enhancement of training funding input,etc. It is suggested to stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres and staff in township forestry workstations to enhance their work ability and professionalism.
