摘要
新时期林草事业单位科学合理选用人才,首先要德才兼备,以德为先,要有担当有作为;其次不仅要广纳人才、以信为本,而且要谋求人与事的最佳组合,同时考虑人与事的不断发展变化,适时进行调整,确保人与事的匹配始终处于动态平衡之中,保证位得其人和人尽其才;另外还要充分利用考核评价杠杆对人才进行有效激励,充分发挥人才潜能。林草事业单位只有选好用好人才,才能为林草事业发展提供强有力的支撑和保障。
In the new era,the crucial approach for the Forest and Grass Institutions is to select talents scientifically and rationally,to begin with,talents possess both integrity and competence,taking morality as first and being responsible and capable;Furthermore,not only recruiting talents and the integrity as first,but seeking the best combination of people and things as well,meanwhile,considering the constant evolution of people and things,by timely adjustment,making sure that people and things are always in dynamic balance,ensuring a man in positon and a man can make the best of his position;In addition,making full use of assessment and evaluation leverage to motivate talents effectively,giving full play to the talent potential. Forest and Grass Institutions select and use talents well,only in this way can we provide the strong support and guarantee for the development of forest and grass industry.
