弘扬红色精神助 推绿色发展——中共国家林业和草原局党校第53期党员干部进修班赴贵州省调研报告

Carry Forward the Spirit of Red and Promote Green Development——Guizhou Province research report from the 53rd party member cadre training class of the Communist Party of China National Forestry and Grassland Administration Party School

中共国家林业和草原局党校第53期党员干部进修班全体学员于2018年11月围绕"弘扬红色精神、助推绿色发展"的主题,赴贵州省进行了党性教育现场教学和林草生态建设实地调研。通过在遵义会址、娄山关战斗遗址、四渡赤水茅台渡口等著名革命旧址遗迹的现场教学,全体学员心灵受到震撼,精神得到净化,接受了一次深刻的理想信念教育和革命精神洗礼,取得了巨大的思想收获。通过实地调研,学员们了解了近年来贵州省认真践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念,坚守发展和生态两条底线,大力推进生态产业化和产业生态化发展目标,沿着生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路稳步前进所取得的巨大成效,总结了他们的经验做法。针对新时代贵州林草生态建设面临的生态系统脆弱、修复任务难度大,林草产业发展水平不高等困难与挑战,提出了深入贯彻"山水林田湖草"生命共同体的生态观、切实提升林草生态文明建设的示范作用,深入践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念、引领林草产业向更高层级发展等建议。

In November 2018, on the subject of 'Carry Forward the Spirit of Red and Promote Green Development', all the trainees of the 53 rd party member cadre training class of the Communist Party of China National Forestry and Grassland Administration Party School went to Guizhou Province to conduct on-the-spot investigations on party education and forest and grassland ecological construction. Through the on-site teaching of the famous revolution sites, such as the ZunYi Meeting Site, the LouShanguan Battle Site, and the MaoTai Ferry, all the trainees were shocked, whose minds were purified, and obtained a profound faith education and a baptism of revolutionary spirit. In field research, the trainees learned that in recent years, Guizhou Province has earnestly implemented the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, stuck to the two baselines of development and ecology, and vigorously promoted the goal of ecological industrialization and industrial ecology development. The trainees also summarized the experience of great achievements made by the steadily advancing the path of production growth, affluent life and sound ecosystem. In the new era, forest and grass ecological construction of Guizhou is facing difficulties and challenges, such as fragile ecosystem, the difficulty of restoration, and the low level of development of forest and grass industry. Aimed at these problems, it is proposed to thoroughly implement the ecological concept that landscapes, forests, fields, lakes and grasses are a community of life;practically enhance the demonstration role of forest and grass ecological civilization construction;practice the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets in depth;lead the forest and grass industry to a higher level of development, and so on.
