摘要
针对传统工业玻璃生产及缺陷检测效率低,满足不了现代化生产要求,设计了一种新型自动化生产检测线及机械手。通过SolidWork软件设计并搭建了整个生产平台,对生产线气动系统回路、电气元件以及伺服控制电机进行了计算和选型,将设计好的电气系统做了相关实验,对比分析了不同PID参数对系统控制效果的影响。实验结果表明,通过合理调节PID参数,能够有效提高系统的稳定性,同时验证了该电气控制系统设计合理,满足实际生产需求。
The low efficiency of traditional industrial glass production and defect detection cannot meet the requirements of modern production.To solve the problem,a new automatic production testing line and manipulator are designed.The whole production platform is designed and built through SolidWork software;the calculation and selection of pneumatic system loop,electrical components and servo control motor of production line are carried out,and the designed electrical system is tested.The influence of different PID parameters on the control effect of the system is compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the stability of the system can be improved effectively by adjusting the PID parameters reasonably,and the design of the electrical control system is verified to meet the actual production demand.
