微量合金元素对Al-Cu-Li合金力学性能的影响

摘要 为了减轻航空结构材料的重量,用锂来合金化铝合金最具吸引力。本文研究了几种Al—Cu—Li系合金的力学性能。这些合金在成分上与铝合金2020相似,但纯度较高并含有不同的辅助添加剂。比较研究了各种材料的力学性能和显微组织之间的关系。改型合金的断裂韧性比TMT—2020高40%,而其他力学性能是可以与7075—T651相比拟的。此外它们的比弹性模量也比现有高强度铝合金高17%。 In order to decrease the weight of materials used in airframe components, lithium is the most attractive element to be alloyed with aluminum. The monotonic and cyclic properties of two Al-Cu-Li alloys were investigated. The alloys were similar in composition to aluminum alloy 2020, but had a higher purity and a different ancillary addition. Property-microstructure comparisons are made between the various materials. The modified alloys have a 40% higher fracture toughness than TMT-2020, and overall monotonic properties comparable with 7075-T651. In addition, they have a 17% higher specific modulus than current high strength aluminum alloys.
