耐热性不饱和聚酯胶粘剂的分子设计与热分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 不饱和聚酯胶粘剂是一种综合性能较好的热固性材料。由于粘合工艺简便,其应用十分广泛。然而,通用型聚酯胶粘剂的使用温度较低,应用上受到一定限制。故发展耐热性不饱和聚酯胶粘剂已成为当前研究的主要课题之一。 影响聚酯胶粘剂的耐热因素有:(1)二元醇和二元酸的类型和用量;(2)不饱和双键的密度;(3)分子量的大小;(4)交联剂的类型和用量。其中第一个因素是主要的。 本文从分子设计入手,研究了一系列胶粘剂,找出了提高聚酯胶粘剂耐热性的某些途径。我们运用动态力学分析(DMA)方法研究了系列化耐热性不饱和聚酯胶粘剂的应用状况。 Unsaturated polyester adhesives are a kind of thermosetting materials which generally have good synthetic properties. Because of their simple technique of adhesion , they have wide application. Nevertheless, since the most common polyester adhesives are used at lowr temperature, they are restricted in application. So, research in thermal polyester adhesives has become one of the main projects.The factors that influence thermal polyester adhesives are: (1) the type and amount of dibasic acid; (2) the density of unsaturated double bond; (3) the size of molecular weight; (4) the type and amount of crosslinking agent. Of the above factors, the first is the most important.Beginning with molecular design and studying a series of adhesives, this paper presents several ways of increasing the thermal resistance of polyester adhesives,, Using the method of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) , we have examined the application of a series of thermal unsaturated polyester adhesives.
