熔体静电纺丝制备聚乳酸纤维的吸油性能研究 被引量:9

Oil sorption properties of melt electrospun polylactic acid( PLA) fibers

摘要 利用熔体静电纺丝制备聚乳酸(PLA)超细纤维,并添加蔗糖脂肪酸酯(SE)细化电纺纤维减少降解率。对纤维进行扫描电子显微镜、接触角、吸油倍率和油水选择性等表征测试,结果表明,PLA/SE纤维平均直径最细达到1.73μm,对水接触角在135°~140°;纯PLA纤维对机油、原油、柴油、花生油的吸附倍率分别为99、72、56和66 g/g,而PLA/SE纤维对这些油品的吸油倍率分别为129、98、63和87g/g,明显高于纯PLA纤维;PLA/SE纤维的油水吸附选择性高达1000倍,同时具有良好的浮力和一定的可重复使用性;另外,温度对纤维的吸油倍率也有一定影响。 Melt electrospun polylactic acid( PLA) ultrafine fibers have been fabricated. In the presence of saccharose fatty acid ester( SE),the fibers became thinner and their degradation was reduced. SEM results indicated that the thinnest fiber diameter was 1. 73 μm. The water contact angle of electrospun fibers ranged from 135° to 140°.The oil sorption capacities of the pure PLA fibers for motor oil,crude oil,diesel and peanut oil were 99,72,56and 66 g /g,respectively,while the oil sorption capacities of the PLA /SE fibers for these oils were 129,98,63 and87 g /g,respectively with an oil /water selectivity of 1000 times,good buoyancy and a certain reusability. The temperature was also found to have an impact on the oil sorption capacity of the fibers.
