摘要
以2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料,钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,通过改变FDCA与PTA物质的量之比(0∶10~3∶7)及缩聚温度,采用直接酯化法来制备聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBFT),并对其结构和性能进行了分析表征。通过对不同配比PBFT共聚酯的红外谱图进行结构分析,可以清晰地分辨出特征官能团(呋喃环和苯环上的碳碳双键、酯基、呋喃环)的标志峰;对PBFT共聚酯的特性黏度、DSC、TG等性能进行分析发现:随着FDCA含量的增加,PBFT共聚酯的特性黏度由0.8逐渐下降至0.4;共聚酯颜色加深;冷结晶温度Tcc增加,热结晶温度Tmc和熔点Tm下降;热稳定性能下降,热分解温度由357℃下降至277℃。
2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA) and terephthalicacid(PTA) in different molar ratios(0∶ 10-3∶ 7)have been combined with 1,4-butylene glycol(BDO) using tetrabutyl titanate as the catalyst to prepare poly(1,4-butylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate-co-1,4-butylene terephthalate)(PBFT) through direct esterification and melt-state polycondensation at different polycondensation temperatures,and the structures and properties of the resulting materials have been analysed.The peaks associated with functional groups such as the carbon-carbon double bond of the furan ring,the benzene ring,the ester group,and the furan ring could be recognized in the IR spectra.The intrinsic viscosity,DSC,and TG behavior of the PBFT samples were investigated.As the content of FDCA in PBFT increased,it was found that: the intrinsic viscosity of PBFT gradually decreased from 0.8 to 0.4; the color of the copolyesters became deeper; the cold crystallization temperature(Tcc) increased significantly; the thermal crystallization temperature(Tmc) and the melting point(Tm) both decreased; the thermal decomposition temperature decreased from 357℃ to 277℃.
