摘要
主要从分支的角度分析了一个五变量的胞内钙振荡模型中的钙振荡现象,首次从理论上证明了细胞质内和内质网上的钙离子浓度周期性振荡现象可通过系统平衡点发生Hopf分支而产生。此外,通过数值模拟,我们还发现了此模型的钙振荡现象不是单一形式的,存在着拟周期、混沌等复杂形式的振荡。
In this paper,we analyze the bifurcations in a five variables calcium oscillation model by applying the center manifold theorem and the bifurcation theory. The theoretical analysis results suggest that the periodic oscillations in the concentration of calcium are due to Hopf bifurcation. In addition,we also present numerical simulations to show some new complex oscillations such as quasi-periodic oscillation and chaos.
