摘要
通过数值模拟,研究了倒置的旋转液膜反应器上底边界半封闭时的流场,进一步研究了雷诺数继续增大时涡的发展和演变,并且对相应的现象给出了解释。研究结果表明,继续增大雷诺数,圆台间涡的个数奇偶交替的周期变大;当雷诺数增大到300时,圆台间最终稳定为偶数个涡,涡的个数不再发生变化。
The end plate at the top of a reverse rotating liquid film reactor( RLFR) only partly bridging the gap has been studied. The numerical simulations reproduced the experimental phenomena. In addition,the article also studies the case of larger Reynolds numbers,which Wimmer's experiments did not consider. The results showed that the period of vortex number alternating between odd and even increased with increasing Reynolds number. Both the gap between two frustums and the gap between two cylinders became filled with vortices for a Reynolds number of 300,and the number of vortices became constant.
