摘要
利用己二氨酯二醇与二(β-羟乙基)己二酰胺、二缩三乙二醇以及三缩四乙二醇,在170℃减压条件下,通过氨酯交换、熔融缩聚,合成了系列带有酰胺键及醚键的热塑型聚氨酯(TPAEUs)。经红外、核磁、GPC、广角X-射线衍射、DSC、TGA和力学性能测试表明,此类TPAEUs的Mn为18500,熔点为144.9℃,拉伸强度达17.6 MPa,断裂伸长率在10%~79%之间,具有较高的熔点及较好的强度和韧性。
A non-isocyanate route has been developed to synthesize high molecular weight aliphatic thermoplastic poly( amide-ether-urethane) s( TPAEUs) through transurethane polymerization from a diurethanediol,a diamidediol,and two oligomeric poly( ethylene glycol) s. Melt transurethane polycondensation of 1,6-bis( hydroxyethyloxy carbonyl amino) hexane and N,N'- bis( β-hydroxyethyl) adipamide with triethylene glycol or tetraethylene glycol was carried out at 170 ℃ under a reduced pressure of 399 Pa. A series of TPAEUs with amide and ether linkages were synthesized. These TPAEUs were characterized by gel permeation chromatography,FT-IR,1H-NMR,differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis,wide angle X-ray scattering,and tensile tests. The TPAEUs had an Mnof up to 18500 and a Tmof up to 144. 9 ℃. Their tensile strength reached 17. 6 MPa with elongation at break between 10% and 79%.
