并联离心压缩机组运行方案的节能研究

Research and optimization of the energy efficient operation schemes of parallel compressor unit

摘要 为了实现天然气压气站并联运行的两台离心压缩机在工况条件变化时能够达到最佳运行状况,重点研究了如何速选取合理的机组运行方案。在分析了压缩机能耗与流量分配比例的关系,推导出输气能耗的理论计算公式,比较了两台均不回流、单台回流和两台回流等3种不同方案下能耗的基础上,得到更合理可行的方案,并通过实验验证;结合压缩机的防喘振控制和输气能耗,制定了方案选取的范围,为压气站的相关调节方法提供参考。 A combinational method involving variable speed and anti-surge has been used for the flow regulation of a parallel compressor unit. In order to achieve the best operating conditions when parallel operation of natural gas compressor station working in changing condions,this paper focus on how to choose the most reasonable unit operation program. In this work,we have analyzed the relationship between energy consumption and flow distribution ratio of the compressor and derived a theoretical formula for the energy consumption. We also compared the energy consumptions of three different operating schemes,namely where there is reflux in neither of the compressors,in either or in both. Considering the safety of the unit,the most reasonable and feasible scheme is suggested and verified by experiment. When combined with the anti-surge control,the preferred range of each scheme has been identified,which provides guidance for methods of regulating a compressor station.
