语言与文化紧密相连,从事翻译研究和实践必须了解两种文化。文化的差异使得东西方人对同一事物有不同的理解,同时也会用不同的事物来表示同一概念。对于日常生活中常见的动物词语,我们也需要从中西文化差异的角度来理解、翻译,从而促进中西方文化更深层次的融合。

Language and culture are closely connected so that the person who carries out translation study and practice must understand the two cultures. The cultural difference has made the eastern and western people have different understanding on the same thing and use different things to express the same meaning. As to the common animal words in daily life, we should have a good understanding and correct translation from the perspective of Chinese and western cultural difference so as to promote the deeper integration of Chinese and western cultures.
