我国户籍制度改革的对策研究

我国城乡二元户籍制度已经不适应目前的政治与经济的发展,阻碍了人口的自由流动及资源的优化配置,延缓了我国城镇化进程。因此,改革现行的户籍制度,已成为国家和人民重点关注的问题。本文阐释了户籍改革历程,分析了目前我国户籍改革所面临的困境,如缺乏户籍立法,城市公共资源分配不均,没有平等的社会保障机制以及农民对土地的过分依赖等问题。根据以上问题,提出了解决对策。

Dual structure household registration system is no longer meet the current political and economic development needs, it hindered the free flow of people and optimized the allocation of resources, delayed the process of urbanization process. Therefore, reform the current household registration system has been the focus of country and people. The article explains the process of household registration system reform, analysis the problems,like lack of household legislation, uneven distribution of urban public resource, there is no equality of social protection mechanisms and farmer's over-reliance on land and other issues. According to the problems, the article put forward some countermeasures.
