摘要
通辽地区燕京啤酒,营销策略包括产品策略、价格策略、促销策略和渠道策略。在营销中存在着管理有漏洞;促销方式简单;品牌宣传不足;营销渠道单一等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强内部管理、制定形式多样的促销方式、加强品牌宣传、开发新渠道等措施。
In this paper, take Tongliao area Yanjing Beer marketing strategy as an example. The article,introduces the present situation of Tongliao area Yanjing Beer, marketing strategies, including product strategy, price strategy,promotion strategy and channel strategy. and problems, such as the management loopholes; promotion way is simple; the lack of publicity marketing channels for a single brand. Aiming at these problems, countermeasures were put forward, such as to strengthen internal management; develop diverse forms of promotion methods;strengthen the propaganda of the brand new channel development. Finally, I hope the analysis results of this paper can provide help for the related activities Yanjing Beer marketing in Tongliao area.
