云南是我国少数民族分布最为集中的省份之一。长期以来,由于受诸多因素的影响,少数民族就业难成为较为突出的问题。为促进少数民族就业,云南省和地方政府出台了促进民族就业的政策,对民族地区的就业起到了一定作用,但同时也存在许多问题。随着"一带一路"国家战略的推进,为云南边疆少数民族就业带来了千载难逢的机遇。因此,客观认识和分析云南边疆少数民族就业现状、相关因素,建构边疆少数民族就业促进机制具有重要的现实意义。

Yunnan is China's ethnic distribution in one of the most centralized province, a long time because of the influence of many factors, the employment of ethnic minorities to become a prominent problem. In order to promote the employment of minorities, Yunnan provincial and local government introduced to promote the national employment policy, to a certain role in minority areas of employment, but also there are many problems. With the ' one area road' national strategy to promote, has brought a golden opportunity for the Yunnan frontier minority employment. Therefore, the objective understanding and analysis of the research status, the employment impact of minority in Yunnan border related factors, we construct the frontier minority employment promotion mechanism is of practical significance to study.
