西藏农牧区经济发展中,要充分发挥农牧民主体地位。当前在西藏农牧区经济发展中存在农牧民主体地位的缺失等一些问题,应通过农牧区经济发展来认识农牧民在农牧区经济发展中的主体地位和发挥的主体作用,牢固的确立农牧民在西藏经济发展过程中的主体地位,促进西藏农牧区经济快速、稳定、健康发展。

In the development of Tibet pastoral areas, we should give full play to the dominant position of farmers and herdsmen. At present, there are some problems, like lack of main body status, existing in Tibet pastoral economy development. We should know and give play to the dominant position of farmers and herdsmen through economy development, to establish the subject status of the farmers and herdsmen, promote economy development rapidly, stably and healthily in Tibet pastoral area.
