伴随着全球化与文化多元化的发展趋向,越来越多的国家向核心价值观建构及价值观教育投以战略关注。俄罗斯自2000年进入"普京时代"以来,社会各界力量通力协作,积极建构有效融合俄罗斯民族文化、传统价值理念与时代要素的俄罗斯核心价值观,并通过聚焦"德育空间"建构、国家政策建设、传统教育载体复归助推价值观教育发展。

With the development trend of globalization and cultural diversification, more and more countries have given strategic attention to the construction of core values and values education. Since Putin officially became the Russian President and start 'Putin Era' in 2000, with the cooperation of all sectors of society, Russia actively construct the Russian core values with effective fusion of Russian national culture, traditional value concepts and the elements of the present times. By focusing on construction of 'moral education space', construction of national policy, return the traditional education carrier, Russia advances the development of values education.
