摘要
教师作为学校变革的"主力军",其对学校变革的态度对于变革实践具有重要价值。国外关于教师对学校变革态度的影响因素研究主要聚焦于:从态度持有者本身来看,有教师的教龄、个体经历、时间和精力、教师对工作的满意度、教师对变革的认知和情感;从学校变革这一态度对象来看,有变革的民主性和实用性。这对于国内教师对学校变革积极态度的形成有如下启示:合理协调学校变革远景及当下行动;辩证看待变革理念和教师认知的统一性;关注教师的生存处境;增强教师的参与性;重视教师变革行动的情感体验;考虑不同地方与不同学校的差异性。
As the'main force'of school reform,teachers’attitude towards school reform has a great value to the practice of reform.Foreign researches on the influencing factors for teachers’attitudes towards school reform mainly focus on several major sectors.From the perspective of teachers themselves,the influencing factors include teachers’teaching age,individual experience,time and energy,teachers’job satisfaction,and teachers’cognition and emotion of change.And from the view of school change,they focuses on democracy and practicality of the change.Based on these points,the following implications are helpful for the formation of the positive attitude towards school reform:firstly,coordinating the perspective and current action of school reform reasonably;secondly,viewing the unity of reform idea and teacher’s cognition dialectically;thirdly,paying attention to teachers’living situation;fourthly,enhancing teachers’participation;and fifth,paying attention to the emotional experience of teachers’reform action.The last but not the least,the differences between different places and schools need to be considered.
