摘要
为了解决幼儿教师队伍中性别失衡问题,丹麦儿童、教育与性别平等部在不同城市的幼儿园或日托中心发起并资助了五个男幼儿教师培养示范性项目。基于女性主义的理论与怪异理论等性别研究的相关理论观点,这些项目得出以下结论 :自上而下的推进作用有助于提高社会性别主流化的公众意识;幼儿园的孩子由于多样性并具性别敏感性的师资而获益;根深蒂固的性别偏见是影响男性进入学前教育领域的主要障碍;招聘环节对于吸引更多男幼儿教师起了关键作用;性别与幼儿教师的能力没有必然联系。
In order to solve the problem of gender disequilibrium among in early childhood education,five projects funded by the Danish Ministry for Children,Education and Gender Equality and spread across Denmark in five different municipalities taking place in day-care institutions of dissimilar character and different extent.Based on the relevant views of the theory of masculinities,the feminist ethic of care,queer theory and so on,these projects have come to the following conclusions:the top-down promotion helps to improve the public awareness of gender mainstreaming;children benefited from the diversified and gender-sensitive pedagogues;the main barrier of recruiting and retaining more male pedagogues is the rooted sexual stereotype;recruitment strategies play an important role in attracting more male pedagogues;gender has no necessary connection with pedagogues’ability.
