基于CIPP评价模型的学前教育指标体系研究 被引量:23

CIPP-Based Study on the Early Childhood Education Indicator System

摘要 学前教育指标体系是引领和评价学前教育事业发展的基础性工具,经济合作与发展组织、联合国教科文组织等国际组织和机构建立有自己的学前教育指标体系来分析国家和地区的学前教育发展状况。基于被广泛认同的CIPP评价模型对经济合作与发展组织、联合国教科文组织、欧盟、世界银行、经济学家智囊团五个重要国际组织和机构的学前教育指标体系进行比较分析后发现:在背景指标方面主要涉及"人口特征"和"社会福利";在输入指标方面主要涉及"管理体制"和"资源配置";在过程指标方面主要涉及"园所管理""师资队伍""课程活动"和"家园共育";在成果指标方面主要涉及"教育普及"和"儿童发展"。 The Early Childhood Education indicator system is a basic tool to guide and evaluate the development of preschool education.International organizations and institutions all over the world have set up their own indicator system to analyze the development of preschool education in countries and regions.Taking the international CIPP evaluation model as a comparative framework,the study describes and compares five Early Childhood Education indicators systems of important international organizations and institutions,such as OECD,UNESCO,EU,WB,The Economist Intelligence Unit,and shows that the background indicators are mainly related to'demographic characteristics'and'social welfare';the input indicators are mainly related to'management system'and'resource allocation';and the process indicators are mainly related to'program management','teaching staff team','curriculum activities'and'cooperative education of kindergarten and family';in terms of achievement indicators,mainly related to'universal education'and'child development'.
