A Case Study on Cultivating Early Years Education and Care Professional Talent for Family in Britain

摘要 英国具有重视儿童早期教育的悠久传统,并建立了完善的早教人才培养制度,追求专业化发展是其早教人才培养制度的根本。诺兰德学院作为英国一所以培养家庭早教专业人才著称的机构,在其一百多年的发展中,向世界不同家庭输送了数以千计的高素质早教人员,创造了独具特色的办学经验,即笃守培养家庭早教人才的目标和原则、建立科学完善的课程和培养体系、建设凸显早教专业特色的校园文化、形成以学生为本的就业保障体系等。这些经验对我国培养高质量的、提供多种类型幼教服务的早教人才具有积极的借鉴价值。 Britain is a country that has a long tradition of attaching great importance to early years education and has established a perfect cultivation system of early years education and care talent,while professional development is the foundation of talent cultivation system.Norland College,as a pioneer of cultivating early years education and care professional talent for family in Britain,has sent thousands of high-quality professionals in the world over the past 100 years,creating unique schooling experience.A lot of factors that ensure it success are adhering to training objectives and principles of cultivating early years talent for family,establishing scientific and perfect curriculum and cultivating system,developing campus culture highlighting the professional characteristics of early years major,and forming a student-oriented employment guidance system,which will bring us some enlightenments to cultivate high-quality early education talents who meet different demands.
