摘要
长久以来,德国职业教育始终保持着良好的发展态势,成为世界职业教育发展的典范。德国通过合理、完善的制度和政策法律确保个体、企业、行会对职业教育的积极参与,是其成功的关键。主要表现在:建立普职融通的教育体系确保青年人对职业教育的热情与参与;颁布相关法律规定企业和行会在职业教育中的权利、责任和义务,提升它们的参与度和认同感;采取多种措施助推职业教育的振兴发展。德国卓有成效的制度设计与实施是德国职业教育高质量可持续发展的逻辑所在。
Germany has been creating a miracle in vocational education in the world.The key to its success lies in its rational and perfect system and laws that ensure the active participation of individuals,enterprises and trade associations in vocational education.It establishes the system of bridging general education and vocation in order to increase the participation of young people,issues laws to encourage enterprise and guild to perform their responsibility and formulates policies to vigorously develop vocational education.In sum,effective institutional design and implementation is the causal logic of high-quality and sustainable development of German vocational education.
