摘要
进行了钙处理改性硫化物形态的工业对比试验研究,利用扫描电镜的能谱自动分析夹杂物功能,对棒材中硫化物的形态、成分类型进行了定量统计分析.研究结果表明:钙处理能够使钢中形成更多的复合硫化物,提高了硫化物中的钙含量,从而明显降低了硫化物的长宽比.工业生产中采用钙处理来控制钢中硫化物的球化或纺锤化是可行的.
The effect of Ca treatment on sulfide inclusions in steel with medium sulphurcontentwas studied byindustrial contrast test. The shape and content of sulfides in bars are statistical analyzed byscanning electronic microscope( SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS) with inclusion automatic analysis function. It is found that calcium treatment can make the percentage of compound sulfides in bar increase obviously,make the Ca content in sulfides increase,make the aspect ratio of sulfides in the bar decrease markedly. It is feasible in actual production to control the shape of sulfides in steel be globular or spindle by calcium treatment.
