摘要
后城嘴墓地位于清水河县王桂窑乡后城嘴村西约1.5公里,大峁梁村南2公里的浑河北岸台地上,西距黄河岔河口约6公里。1990年5月,为配合国家重点工程准格尔煤田丰(镇)一准格尔铁路建设项目,内蒙古文物考古研究所共清理战国时期墓葬11座,其文化性质为中原文化系统。2002年夏季,笔者导师朱泓先生赴内蒙古中南部地区考察。
In this article,four ancient human skulls (female) unearthed from the Warring states period cemetery at the Houchengzui site in Qingshuihe county,Inner Mongolian Province are examined.The morphological features of Houchengzui group crania show that the racial type is closely related to the modern East Asiatic Mongoloids and South Asiatic Mongoloids,but some physical characteristics of these skulls are closer to those in the ancient Central Plain Region nationality population.
