The Houses of Mohe people along the Middle Reach of the Heilongjiang River

靺鞨遗迹以墓葬为多,其次是房址,靺鞨考古研究以往偏重墓葬研究,特别是陶器的研究,而靺鞨房址没有得到重视。房子是生前的居所,墓葬是身后的归宿,它们对于认识靺鞨历史具有独特的价值,本文以黑龙江中游沿岸地区的靺鞨房屋为重点进行房子结构及其反映的文化来源进行初步探索,以其抛砖引玉。

The relics of houses of Mohe people are the important element of Mohe Culture.The basic structure of the xylonite houses,which is square and half under the earth.The pillar holes have two circles,four points symmetry and gather together to the center.The Mohe people put the sticks and spherical board on the head cover,pasted with grass and mud,most of houses have a door under the head cover,some of them have gateway.The houses along the Hei- longjiang River of Mohe people are different from the Mudanjiang River to a certain extent.The formers are much more different from the Guntuling Culture' s houses,which is also along the Heilongjiang River,and they inherited more factors from the Boercai Culture.Furthermore,the method,using woods to reinforce the wall of kitchen range,could be traced back to the Neo- lithic period in this area.
