辽宁省彰武县前皋皋遗址发掘简报

Preliminary Report on the Excavation at the Qian’gaogao Site in Zhangwu City, Liaoning Province

前皋皋遗址位于辽宁省彰武县章古台镇前皋皋村东1500米的耕地中,紧邻一条由北向南流淌的地河,南距彰武县城约30千米(图一),遗址中心坐标为东经122°29′41.2″,北纬42°39′09.4″。遗址地处地河东岸的台地上,地势较开阔,地表种植花生,西侧为河滩稻田地,北部临近一水泡子。因通辽连接京沈客专快速铁路(辽宁段)从该遗址穿过.

From July to October in 2016,Liaoning Provincial Cultural Relics and Archaeology Research Institute and the Relics Management Office of Zhangwu carried out the archaeological Salvage excavation at the Qian’gaogao site in Zhangwu city.A total area 1300 square meter was excated.3 house-foundations and 11 pits were revealed.Nearly 100 pieces of artifacts have been discovered,including ceramics and stone implements.The culture remains can be divided into two phases.The first phase belonged to Gaotaishan Culture,and the second phase dated from Warring States to the early Han period.It provides new material for the study of early archaeological culture in the local area.
