北京中轴线及南、北延长线规划建设的思考

A Thinking about the Planning and Construction of Beijing Central Axis with Its North and South Extended Lines

在北京推进全国文化中心建设和落实新版北京城市总体规划中,'两轴'即南北走向的老城传统中轴线及南、北延长线和东西走向的长安街及东、西延长线已经成为北京城市发展、创新的引领,同时成为京津冀协同发展的统领和优势所在。北京中轴线申遗,以及南延长线大尺度规划发展,已经引起社会各界广泛关注。由此,本文重点讨论北京中轴线的文化内涵和作为'生态、文化、发展轴'的南延长线的空间节点、生态建设和文化传承。

In the process of pushing forward the construction of Beijing National Cultural Center and the New Beijing Urban Master Plan,the'two axes,'which refer to the traditional North-South Axis of the Old City of Beijing with its north and south extended lines and the East-West Chang’an Street with its east and west extended lines,have become not only the framework of urban development and innovation of Beijing but also the unifying advantage in the integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin municipalities and Hebei Province.The application of Beijing Central Axis for world cultural heritage and the large-scale planning development of the extended line in the south have attracted wide attention from all walks of life.This paper,therefore,focuses on the discussion of cultural connotations of Beijing Central Axis and the spatial nodes,ecological construction and cultural heritage of the south extended line as'an axis of ecology,cultural and development.'
