The cultivation of wintersweet(Chimonanthus praecox)in Yanling,Henan Province,has a long history,and Yanling has become a famous wintersweet cultivation center in China.Yanling wintersweet,with marked quality features,has been considered as'a product guaranteed and protected by National Geographic',enjoying a high reputation and influence in the industry.This paper describes the development scale and production status of Yanling wintersweet,and proposes some suggestions and ideas for wintersweet industry development in the future.
