蜡梅切花采后生理与技术研究进展

Research advances of postharvest physiology and technology on Chimonanthus praecox

蜡梅是我国原产特有的冬季珍贵香花树种和重要的冬季木本切花材料。本文从蜡梅切花的优势、采后生理研究、保鲜技术等方面进行了阐述,介绍了蜡梅切花中的水分胁迫、衰老过程中的细胞内含物及激素变化、落花生理等相关生理研究和近年来采用的保鲜剂处理技术和贮藏技术,并对今后蜡梅切花采后生理与技术方面的研究进行了展望。

Chimonanthus praecox is a fragrant plant species native to China,and is one of the most important cut flowers in winter.This paper discusses the advantages,postharvest physiology and preservation technology of C.praecox.Through literature review,we summarize previous studies of water stress,cell inclusions and hormones in senescence,physiology of petal falling,fresh-keeping agent and preservation technology in recent years.Finally,the future development emphasis in this field is suggested.
