在完成初级新农村建设的基础上,为了促进北京市房山区农村经济进一步发展,需要发挥各种创新措施在后续建设中的重要作用。从总体上来讲,应结合实际情况,因地制宜发挥本区特色,对外来经验有所借鉴又要有所创新,推进不同模式的新农村建设;同时,还应注重推进农村集体经济产权制度改革,激发集体经济活力、创新土地制度,充分利用新政预期下的发展空间、深化农村金融体制改革等等创新发展模式,从而达到在创新中推进房山区新农村建设的目的,这也将为京郊区县农村发展提供新的方向与思路。
