Based on national policies,regulations,requirements and the developing prospect of animal husbandry,this article was focused on the necessity of constructing in the major animal disease prevention and control system,the functions,major technology,business process applications and the effectiveness of intelligent mobile terminal,and finally introduced the im-portance of intelligent mobile terminal.
