北京市密云地区口蹄疫免疫抗体的分析

Analysis of Foot-and-mouth Antibody in Miyun Region

根据农业部制定的牛、猪、羊O型、亚洲-Ⅰ口蹄疫免疫程序,有针对性地对北京市密云地区偶蹄动物免疫后的抗体水平进行跟踪监测。通过监测结果分析,初步摸索到口蹄疫O型、亚洲-Ⅰ2价灭活疫苗免疫后的抗体消长规律;看出有基础免疫的牛、羊亚洲-Ⅰ型FMD的免疫抗体合格率在120d内均能达到农业部规定的免疫抗体滴度70%以上的保护水平,有明显的免疫效果,并能维持较长的时间;但是从监测分析,猪群亚洲-Ⅰ型FMD的免疫抗体水平非常低,根本达不到对猪群的有效保护,应引起足够重视。
