浅谈犬产后缺钙症的治疗

犬产后缺钙症亦称犬产后抽搐症或产后子痫,是母犬分娩后的一种严重的代谢紊乱性疾病。是由于母犬怀孕后大量向胎儿输送钙质或分娩后通过乳汁,从体内向外排出钙质,而母犬又不能及时得到钙质的补充,造成血钙浓度下降而发生的缺钙症。本病临床特征为突发性肌肉强直痉挛,运动失调乃至倒地抽搐,体温升高,最高可超过43.0℃,呼吸促迫,口吐白沫,意识障碍等。2006-2008年,北京市平谷区动物疫病预防控制中心门诊病例中发生犬产后缺钙病40余例,经缓慢静脉滴注5%葡萄糖溶液100mL加10%葡萄糖酸钙治疗后全部治愈。
