摘要
无主动物(流浪动物)的日益增多,造成了许多社会问题,无主动物可以引起疫病传播、干扰人民生活、破坏环境卫生、影响公共交通安全等各种社会问题,给人们带来的危害不容忽视。因此,无主动物收容处置是亟待解决的问题。本文阐述了奥运期间北京市进行无主动物收容处置的措施,介绍了国外无主动物收容处置的先进经验,针对各项措施进行了详细的分析,以期找到适合本市的收容工作新举措。
With the growing of ownerless animals for causing many social problems,ownerless animals can cause the main spread of animal disease,interference people's lives,and destruction of environmental health,public safety and other social problems,Therefore,no disposal of the main animal host is a serious problem. In this paper,in our city during the Olympic Games to carry out the disposal of the main animal host of measures,also introduced a foreign non-main animal host some of the advanced experience of the disposal,and,in view of the measures carried out a detailed analysis,with a view to the port city to find suitable work new initiatives.
