液相阻断ELISA检测方法在猪牛A型口蹄疫免疫抗体检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 用液相阻断ELISA试验方法监测辖区内经口蹄疫A型灭活疫苗免疫牛血清样品593份,其中:规模场牛群免疫抗体滴度<1∶64的有24份,抗体滴度≥1∶64的有82份,抗体保护率为77.79%;散养户牛群免疫抗体滴度<1∶64的有54份,抗体滴度≥1∶64的有433份,抗体保护率为88.91%。在猪群推广免疫口蹄疫A型灭活疫苗并跟踪监测血清样品20份,检测结果与北京市兽医兽医诊断所检测结果相同,抗体滴度≥1∶64的有20份,抗体保护率为100.00%,为推广口蹄疫A型灭活疫苗在猪群免疫提供了试验数据。 With liquid block ELISA test method monitoring jurisdiction type A classic foot-and-mouth disease inactivated vaccine immune bovine serum sample of 593, the number of scale cattle immune antibody drops A degree for 4 with 24 'of antibody drops, for the 4: degree of 82, the BaoHuLv antibodies have to 77.79%; Cattle keeping free-roaming households immune antibody drops for the 4 'degree of 54, antibody drops for the 4 a: degree of 433, the BaoHuLv antibody is 88.91%. In pig group of promotion immune foot- and-mouth disease type A inactivated vaccine and track monitoring serum sample of 20, the testing results and the Beijing veterinary veterinary diagnosis are same, antibody test results for the 4: drop degrees 20, 100.0% of BaoHuLv antibody, to promote the foot-and- mouth disease type A inactivated vaccine in pig group of immune provides the test data.
