摘要
用液相阻断ELISA(酶联免疫吸附试验)方法对北京市怀柔地区重点饲养奶牛场户进行亚洲I型口蹄疫(FMD)母源抗体、免前和免后抗体水平进行调查,以探寻牛体内FMD抗体消长规律,在此基础上制定科学的免疫程序,从而指导怀柔地区奶牛FMD的免疫。结果发现母源抗体水平在0日龄最高,以后逐步下降,高水平抗体一直维持到56日龄,86日龄时回落至1∶93(<1∶128),90日龄首免后,抗体滴度开始回升,28d后加强免疫,抗体滴度大幅度升高,抗体效价离度降低。说明FMD首免的适宜日龄为90日龄,适时地加强免疫有利于牛群抵抗FMD;FMD疫苗对育成、青年和成年期的奶牛都有理想的免疫效果。
