摘要
为进一步推动宁夏马铃薯种薯产业健康、稳定和可持续发展,了解宁夏地区马铃薯脱毒试管苗带有病毒残留的基本情况,本研究对宁夏银北和银南地区11个主要的马铃薯脱毒试管苗品种利用RT-PCR技术分别了检测PVX、PVY、PVS和PLRV4种常见病毒。检测结果显示:宁夏银北和银南地区马铃薯脱毒试管苗主要品种均不带有PVX、PVY、PLRV病毒,但是银北和银南地区的庄薯3号均带有带有PVS病毒。
