为了降低确山板栗的失水率与腐烂率,设计3种不同的贮藏温度,研究不同的条件对板栗失水率与腐烂率的影响。
In order to reduce the water loss rate of chestnut and decay rate, designed in three different storage temperature, on different conditions of chestnut water loss rate and the decay rate of the effect.
