摘要
农村集体土地承包经营权流转已逐步成为新形势下新一轮土地使用制度创新的新态势。根据牟定县农村土地承包经营权流转的现状,分析存在问题,提出对策建议。
Rural collective land contracting right has gradually become the new situation under the new round of land use system innovation in the new situation.
