改革开放以来,我国志愿服务特别是青年志愿服务如雨后春笋般得到了迅速发展,志愿服务规模不断扩大,志愿服务领域不断拓展,社会影响力与日俱增,青年志愿服务更是得到了各方的高度肯定和认可。同时,志愿服务在青年成长成才、服务社会发展上也扮演着越来越重要的角色,发挥着重要的作用。梳理我国青年志愿服务的产生与发展,分析我国青年志愿服务得以迅速发展的社会基础、思想文化基础和制度基础,有助于正确认识和看待青年志愿服务,也有助于新时代青年志愿服务的进一步发展。

Since the reform and opening-up, the voluntary service, especially the youth volunteering has sprung up like mushrooms and developed speedily in our country, the scale of volunteer service has been keeping enlarging and the range of services keeping expanding, social influence growing with each passing day, and the youth voluntary service has been highly recognized by all aspects of society. Meanwhile, the volunteering is playing a more and more important role in the growth and development of the youth, and in serving the social development. Analyzing the origin and development of the youth voluntary service, and the social, ideological and cultural and institutional foundations for the rapid development of youth voluntary service in our country is helpful in perceiving correctly the youth voluntary service and the further development of youth voluntary service in new era.
