摘要
随迁子女在校人际交往影响着其对自我的认同、对城市生活的适应及融入发展。以北京市的农民工随迁子女为研究对象,通过半结构式访谈和参与观察的方法了解随迁子女人际交往现状并归纳其交往特点,借以社会认同理论的社会分类、社会认同、社会比较等核心概念作为解释框架分析随迁子女人际交往特点,从随迁子女、家庭、学校与教师、宏观力量等四个主体力量提出弱化社会分类的群体界限、强化正面认同评价、缩小社会比较差异性等三大方面对策,期望促进随迁子女人际交往问题的改善。
The interpersonal communication of migrant workers’children in school affects their self-identity,the adaptation of urban life and integration development.This paper takes the migrant children of the peasant workers in Beijing as the research object,through the semi-structured interview and the method of participating observation to understand the current situation of migrant children’s interpersonal communication and induces their communicative characteristics.The core concepts of social classification,social identity and social comparison in the theory of social identity are used as the explanatory framework to analyze the interpersonal communication of migrant children.from the following four main forces:children,families,schools and teachers,and macro-forces,this paper puts forward three countermeasures:weakening the group boundaries of social classification,strengthening positive identification evaluation,and narrowing social differences,in order to promote the improvement of interpersonal communication problems of children with migration.
