Research on the Nature of Politics——the All-important Nature of the Youth Work of the Party

政治性是党的青年工作的第一属性和根本特征。党的青年工作与政府青年工作和社会青年工作的本质区别,在于其坚定的政治立场和鲜明的政治责任,在于政治建设是党的青年工作的根本性建设,在于政治功能是党的青年工作第一位的功能。从内涵表征看,党的青年工作是党的群众工作的根本性、基础性、经常性工作。从时代要求看,党的青年工作必须以政治引领为核心目标和根本任务,党的青年工作制度只有通过政治建设才能得到巩固完善,党的青年工作格局的健全完善是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要方面。

The nature of politics is the all-important nature and fundamental feature of the youth work of the Party,which is essentially different from the youth work of the government and the social youth work in the following aspects,its firm political stand and distinct political responsibility;political construction being the fundamental construction of youth work;the political function being the all-important function of the youth work of the Party.The presentation of its connotation shows that the youth work of the Party is the fundamental,basic and regular work for the mass work of the Party.From the requirement of the Times,we know that the youth work of the Party must regard the political guidance as its core objective and basic tasks;only through political construction can the youth work system of the Party be consolidated and improved;and strengthening and perfecting the structure of the youth work of the Party is an important aspect of the new great project of Party construction.
