In this paper,the influence of an electrostatic field on the conformation energy of a lipid molecule in discussed.lt in shown that the dipele-dipole interaction in a polarzed lipid hydrocarbon chain changds' the conformational energy,whether it is increased er decreased in determined by the direction of the electrostatic field.
