The Justice Issue about Capital Ownership in the Context of Capitalism in 21st Century

自20世纪80年代起至今的新自由主义"保守革命"中,私人资本增值利润在国民财富中占有了前所未有的比例,由此使得资本所有权和劳动收入分配的不平等达到了历史高峰。当资本的社会属性被资本私有制所构想的自由放任的市场所遏制,关于资本所有权的正义性问题就凸显为现代政治经济学和政治哲学的重要议题,而对公有制为核心的混合所有制经济的论证也就成为了关乎正义的必然理论诉求。

Since the conservative revolution of neo-Liberalism of 1980 s,the profit value of private capital has taken an enormous proportion of national wealth,which leads to huge inequalities both in capital ownership and labor income distribution. The unbalance of social economy has been intensified along with the loss of public capital,as well as the absolute obedience of surplus labor to the private capital. The social and public dimension of the nature of capital is constrained by the laissez-faire market logics; the argument for the diversified ownership with public ownership remaining predominant becomes an inevitable topic,which is related with the inquiry of justice in political philosophy.
